Dry Cleaning FAQs

  • 24 HOUR TURNAROUND IS OUR STANDARD
    • We outsource our dry cleaning to a local organic cleaner, and though 24 hour service is standard, we cannot be held liable for delays that happen outside of our control.
    • For most Dry Cleaning orders, everything gets processed and returned to you the next day. There are a few exceptions, which we want to share with you so you can plan accordingly.

     

  • WHAT TAKES LONGER?
    • Certain items simply take longer to process based on the level of attention they need. Here's a non-exhaustive list:
      • Comforters
      • Down jackets
      • Leather
      • Clothes with decorations (sequins, etc)
      • Items requiring repairs, alterations, or stain removal
      • Items that arrive extra dirty or wet
    • Dry Cleaning that arrives to us without proper labeling. (For a refresher on how to label your items, view this page)
    • Any orders that are picked up after 10am will have to be returned the following afternoon.

     

  • WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DRY CLEANING DELIVERY?
    • Most of the time, you will get your items the following day, or at the latest, within 48 hours. If getting your garments clean requires extra time, it can be longer. Unfortunately we can't predict this until your clothes arrive at the Dry Cleaner.
    • If we need to reschedule your delivery due to delayed items, we will give you a call as soon as we have information from the cleaner about the expected turnaround time.
    • If you've also given us Wash & Fold Laundry, we can hang on to those clothes to deliver it with your Dry Cleaning, or we can schedule a second visit to get the Wash & Fold bag back to you sooner. You tell us what you prefer and we'll make it happen!
