1Pick a plan, go to the sign-up form, and enter your contact details and your preferred pick-up time. After, you'll be redirected to our secure payment page.
2Receive a call from our delivery staff to confirm your details. Usually, we'll just leave a message saying that we're good to go, unless we need clarification on your instructions.
3Leave your laundry for us at the set time. For your first delivery, use whatever bag you have--we'll return your laundry and in one of our bags, and return your bag to you. Don't forget to tag your bag with your name!
Wash Cycle Laundry works on a no-commitment subscription basis. You decide whether you want pick-ups every week, every two weeks, or every month. You can pick a delivery time window that works for your schedule -- we offer service Mondays through Thursdays in the after-work hours. You're free to change your pick-up time, frequency, or plan at any time, or cancel if you'd like.
